Nathaniel E. Wilson II, Nate, who is originally from the D.C. area developed a passion for culinary as a young child from spending time with his father in he kitchen. Because of this passion, Nate has enjoyed over 25 years in the hospitality industry and has held positions involving almost every facet in fine dining. Since joining Bern’s in 2006, Nate has managed the Harry Waugh Dessert Room and has assisted in overseeing the ever, expanding spirits program here at Bern’s. Nate is forever looking to expand his knowledge of spirits and dessert wines and what better way to do it than at Bern’s.
